You can easily report a complaint, damage, or defect via the report form.
You will find the form on our website on the guest information page, or you can click the link directly.
Please complete the form and, if possible, attach clear photos.
Your report will be automatically forwarded to both Sun & Sea Holidays and the owner/manager, so that appropriate action can be taken promptly.

What should I do if I notice damage upon arrival?
Please check the accommodation as soon as you arrive. If you notice any damage or defects, report this directly to the owner/manager. If possible, include photos. This ensures the damage will not be attributed to you and allows for prompt action.
What is not covered by the Damage Fund?
The Damage Fund does not cover: • Intentional damage • Damage caused by gross negligence (e.g. damage due to irresponsible or careless use) • Damage exceeding €250 In these cases, the owner or property manager may charge the costs to you.
