Report to the owner

A complaint during your stay should always be reported first to the owner or manager of the accommodation. Their contact details are included in the check-in instructions. This gives the owner or manager the opportunity to resolve the issue.

If the complaint is not resolved

If your complaint is not addressed or the issue continues, you can complete the complaint form on our website. We will review your report and help find a solution together with the owner.

If possible, please add photos to your report, as this helps us assess the situation correctly.
