Damage during your stay

It can happen that accidental damage occurs in the accommodation during your stay. We kindly ask you to always report this immediately, so that the owner or manager can take appropriate action.

How it works

Reporting damage
Report the damage as soon as possible directly to the owner or manager. You will find the contact details in your check-in information. Clearly describe what happened and what damage has occurred.

Damage fund
Minor damages from €25 up to €250 are covered by our damage fund. This means that in many cases you will not have to pay the costs yourself.

Major damage
For damage exceeding this amount, the owner or manager may charge the costs to you. This will always be discussed with you and handled transparently.
