Damage noticed upon arrival

Damage noticed upon arrival

If you notice any damage or defects in the accommodation upon arrival, please report this as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after arrival, to the property manager or owner.

You can find the contact details in the check-in instructions you received before arrival.

Please include:

  • a clear description of the damage

  • the location of the damage

  • photos, if possible

Reporting damage promptly helps prevent misunderstandings about when the damage occurred.

Damage that is not reported within this time frame may be considered damage that occurred during the stay.
