Step-by-step plan for registering your holiday home with Sun & Sea Holidays

If you wish to advertise or rent out your holiday home via Sun & Sea Holidays, please follow the steps below.
The entire process is fully digital and designed for a clear, secure and efficient start.

Step 1: Choose a subscription

You select the subscription that best suits your situation via our website:

  • Zorgeloos Adverteren

  • Zorgeloos Verhuren

During registration, you complete the online form and indicate your preferences.

Step 2: Signing the agreement

After registration, you will receive the relevant digital agreement by email.
Once signed, we can officially start the preparations.

Step 3: Verification and submission of property details

After signing, you will receive a secure form requesting the following:

Verification

  • Your identity

  • Ownership of the holiday home

Required documents

  • Proof of identity (BSN and non-relevant data may be masked)

  • Proof of ownership (e.g. deed of purchase or ownership certificate)

  • Proof of address (e.g. energy bill or municipal tax assessment)

Property details
In addition, we ask you to provide:

  • General property information

  • Interior and exterior photos (or floor plans / photo appointment)

  • Inventory and amenities

  • Desired rates

  • Availability calendar and rental preferences

  • Any cleaning and linen specifications

All information is handled confidentially and used solely for verification and preparing your listing.

Step 4: Internal review and preparation

We review all submitted information, rates and settings.
If anything is missing, we will contact you.

We then proceed with:

  • Creating the property description

  • Optimising the photos

  • Setting prices and availability

  • Connecting to rental platforms (where applicable)

Addition for Hassle-Free Renting

With the Hassle-Free Renting subscription, we will, where applicable, schedule an on-site visit.
This visit is intended to view the accommodation, align practical matters and start the cooperation properly.
The exact scope and necessity of an on-site visit are always agreed with you in advance.

Step 5: Preview and owner approval

Once the listing is ready, you will receive a preview.
You review:

  • The description

  • The photos

  • The rates

  • The calendar settings

After your approval, we schedule publication.

Step 6: Publication and connections

We publish your property on:

  • The Sun & Sea Holidays websites

  • Selected rental platforms (such as Airbnb and Booking.com)

In most cases, your property will be online within 5–7 days.

Step 7: Access to your owner portal

After publication, you will receive login details for your personal owner portal.
Here you can:

  • Track bookings

  • Manage your calendar

  • View revenues and payments

  • Access documents and statements
