A clean and hygienic accommodation is essential for a positive guest experience. Final cleaning is therefore mandatory and takes place after every stay.
Sun & Sea Holidays does not provide interim cleaning, not even during vacancy or longer periods without rentals.
With Carefree Renting, Sun & Sea Holidays organises the final cleaning after every booking.
We take care of:
communication with the cleaning service
scheduling and coordination
follow-up after guest departure
Any remarks or issues are communicated back to the owner.
The costs of the final cleaning are not included in the rental statement, as these are settled directly with the cleaning service.
With Carefree Advertising, the owner is fully responsible for the final cleaning.
This means the owner:
performs the final cleaning themselves or
arranges and coordinates the cleaning directly with a cleaning service
Sun & Sea Holidays is not involved in this process.
The cleaning costs are charged by Sun & Sea Holidays to the guest as a mandatory fee and appear on the owner’s rental statement.
The owner then pays the cleaning service directly.
In addition to the regular final cleaning, a deep cleaning is required to keep the accommodation in optimal condition.
This deep cleaning usually takes place:
in spring, before the start of the high season
in autumn, after the season ends
A deep cleaning goes beyond the standard final cleaning and focuses on thorough maintenance and freshness of the accommodation.
With Carefree Renting, Sun & Sea Holidays coordinates the deep cleaning in consultation with the owner.
We align the scope of work, plan the execution and report findings back to the owner.
The costs for the deep cleaning are invoiced separately and are not part of the regular final cleaning.
With Carefree Advertising, the owner is fully responsible for arranging and carrying out the deep cleaning.
Sun & Sea Holidays is not involved.
The owner ensures that the accommodation is in a good and rentable condition before and after the season.
