The acceptance policy

Sun & Sea Holidays applies an acceptance policy to ensure the quality, safety, and guest satisfaction of its accommodation portfolio. This policy helps us achieve successful rentals and positive reviews on national and international booking platforms.

Each application is assessed based on a combination of quality, location, safety, and rental suitability.


Which accommodations are eligible?

In principle, we accept accommodations that:

  • are suitable for recreational rental;

  • are well maintained and neatly furnished;

  • provide basic facilities such as a kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping areas;

  • comply with applicable safety and legal requirements;

  • have realistic expectations regarding rental and income.


When can an accommodation be declined?

An accommodation may be declined (temporarily) if, for example:

  • the overall condition is insufficient;

  • essential facilities are missing;

  • the accommodation is structurally unsafe;

  • rental is not legally permitted;

  • the accommodation does not fit within our rental concept or portfolio.

In some cases, we may advise improvements, after which reassessment is possible.


Individual assessment

Each accommodation is assessed individually. Even if your property is not accepted immediately, we are happy to discuss possible next steps with you.
