Requesting Additional Keys

In some cases, it may be useful to have additional keys available, for example for a cleaning service, a local contact person or for your own use. Arranging and duplicating additional keys is always the responsibility of the owner.

Additional keys with management via Sun & Sea Holidays

If you use the management package, you may choose to provide one additional key to Sun & Sea Holidays for safekeeping. This key may be used for emergency access or for third-party access if agreed in advance.
The duplication of additional keys remains the responsibility of the owner at all times.

Additional keys without management (advertising only)

If you manage the property yourself, you keep and distribute additional keys as you see fit. If extra keys are needed, this must be arranged directly through a locksmith or key service.
Sun & Sea Holidays does not store keys for owners who use the advertising-only package.
