If you use Zorgeloos Verhuren, Sun & Sea Holidays can manage the key and access arrangements for you.
Upon request, Sun & Sea Holidays will store and manage the access code or key details. We send the check-in information, including access details, directly to the guest and act as the first point of contact for access-related questions. If you prefer to manage the keys yourself, this will be agreed in advance.
With Zorgeloos Adverteren, the owner remains responsible for key management. You manage the key safe, smart lock or physical keys and provide the access details to Sun & Sea Holidays.
We include these details in the check-in information and send it to the guest on your behalf. Any questions or changes relating to access remain the responsibility of the owner.
A spare key should always be available for emergencies. With Zorgeloos Verhuren, Sun & Sea Holidays can store a spare key if desired. With Zorgeloos Adverteren, the owner is responsible for keeping and managing any additional keys.
