Step 1 – Registration
You register your accommodation via the registration form on our website.
During registration, we ask you to provide your base rates. These rates and any discounts can always be adjusted at a later stage.
Step 2 – Intake & suitability check
We assess whether your accommodation meets our conditions and suitability requirements. If necessary, we will contact you for additional information.
Step 3 – Agreements & contract
After approval, we record the agreements regarding rates, cleaning, bed linen and responsibilities. The cooperation is then formally confirmed.
Step 4 – Publication and visibility
Your accommodation is published on the Sun & Sea Holidays website and, where applicable, on (inter)national rental platforms.
Step 5 – Bookings and communication
Bookings are handled via Sun & Sea Holidays. Depending on your subscription type, we manage part or all of the guest communication.
Step 6 – Stay and completion
During and after the guest’s stay, the agreed services are carried out, such as final cleaning and administrative processing.
Step 7 – Rental statement and payout
You will receive a periodic rental statement and payout in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
