On the day of arrival, guests may have questions about checking in or accessing the accommodation. To ensure a smooth start to the stay, it is important that the correct point of contact is available.
Common questions on the day of arrival include:
• How do I enter / where is the key or key safe located?
• What is the key safe or access code?
• I cannot find the accommodation, is the address correct?
• Where can I park or how do I access the premises?
• The key or code is not working, what should I do?
• Carefree Advertising: the owner is the first point of contact for all check-in and access questions on the day of arrival.
• Carefree Renting (Full Management): Sun & Sea Holidays handles guest communication on the day of arrival and assists with check-in and access questions.
If you have chosen Carefree Advertising, the following is expected from you as the owner:
• Be available around the check-in time to answer guest questions.
• Assist with access if the guest cannot enter or something is not working.
• Provide short support by phone or via the agreed contact channel when needed.
With the Carefree Advertising package, Sun & Sea Holidays does not provide support on the day of arrival for:
• Access to the property or key-related issues.
• Key safe codes, access system issues or technical access support.
• Guiding the guest on-site upon arrival.
These are the responsibility of the owner.
On the day of arrival, the guest must use the contact method stated in the check-in instructions.

• Carefree Advertising: the owner answers all check-in and access questions on the day of arrival.
• Carefree Renting (Full Management): Sun & Sea Holidays supports the guest on the day of arrival.
