Prepare for going live

Once you have submitted all required information and materials, we start preparing your listing. Before your accommodation is published, we will check with you to ensure that all details are correct and complete. Proper preparation helps ensure a professional presentation and avoids questions or misunderstandings from future guests.

What must be completed before going live?

Before your listing goes online, we ask you to confirm that the following items are complete and approved:

  • Details reviewed and confirmed
    You will receive a draft version of your listing to review. You may request changes before it goes live.

  • Photos approved
    You confirm that the submitted photos are accurate and reflect the current condition of the accommodation.

  • House rules submitted
    Your house rules are included in the listing so guests know what is expected before booking.

  • Check-in information submitted
    Basic arrival information must be complete, such as check-in times and key or access details.

  • Owner dates for personal use provided
    Inform us in advance of any dates you wish to block for personal use so we can set the calendar correctly.

  • Prices approved
    You confirm that the pricing settings for your accommodation are correct and ready for publishing.

When will my listing go live?

After receiving your confirmation, we aim to publish your listing within an average of 14 days. This depends on:

  • timely submission of complete information

  • any adjustments needed after the review

We will keep you informed of progress and notify you once your listing is live.
