As an owner, you do not receive your income per reservation, but through a fixed payout cycle. This provides a clear and complete overview of your rental income each month.
Payouts are processed monthly during the first week of the month.
This payout includes all reservations that were completed in the previous month.
At the beginning of each month, you therefore receive a total settlement for the past period.
Your rental statement shows an overview of all income and settlements that have taken place.
This includes:
Rental income
The rental amount paid by the guest.
Mandatory costs
Costs charged to the guest, such as final cleaning, bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
Additional costs
Any extras booked by the guest, such as extra towels, a baby cot or bicycle rental.
Rentals via external platforms
When a reservation is made via an external rental platform (such as Booking.com or Airbnb), the platform usually deducts its commission directly.
In this case, the amount processed and paid out is the net rental amount, after deduction of these platform fees.
The final amount remaining after processing all income and costs is paid out to you.
