A safe holiday starts with a safe stay
At Sun & Sea Holidays, we believe it is important that guests feel comfortable in your property.
That is why we advise owners to ensure a number of basic safety facilities are in place.
This not only contributes to the safety of your guests, but also increases the chance of positive reviews and repeat bookings.
We recommend purchasing or (having a professional) install the following items:
• Smoke detectors – preferably in every room
• Carbon monoxide detector – especially if combustion appliances are used
• Fire extinguisher – clearly visible and easily accessible
• Fire blanket – for example, in the kitchen
• Safety gate for stairs – if the property has a staircase
