What should I do if I cause damage in the accommodation?
Please report any damage immediately to the owner or manager. You will find their contact details in your check-in information. Make sure to clearly explain what happened and what has been damaged.
When will I receive the check-in instructions?
You will receive the check-in instructions 3 weeks before arrival, provided that full payment has been received. If you booked within 3 weeks before arrival, you will receive the check-in instructions as soon as your payment has been processed.
