Rental via external booking platforms
For reservations made via external rental platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Holidu, TUI and comparable international platforms, the platform commission is deducted directly by the relevant platform before the rental amount is paid out.
The rental platforms do not issue a separate invoice for this commission to the owner; the commission is automatically deducted from the payout.
In the booking overview, only the net rental amount as paid out by the rental platform is shown.
This amount forms the basis for the settlement with the owner.
