Rental via external booking platforms

For reservations made through external booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Holidu, TUI and comparable international platforms, the platform commission is deducted directly by the platform before the rental amount is paid out.

In most cases, these platforms do not issue a separate invoice to the property owner; the commission is automatically deducted from the payout.

In the booking overview in the owner portal, only the net rental amount as paid out by the booking platform is displayed.
This amount forms the basis for the settlement with the owner. Any platform commissions have already been deducted.
