Sun & Sea Holidays is an advertising platform for holiday rentals. Through our platform, owners can present their holiday accommodation to a broad audience.

We support owners in the professional presentation of their accommodation and in organising the advertising and reservation process. In addition, we offer supplementary services depending on the chosen subscription model.

Our aim is to:

• increase the visibility of your accommodation

• ensure a professional and reliable presentation

• create a smooth and well-organised rental process

At all times, you as an owner retain the level of flexibility and involvement that suits you.

How does the cooperation work?

The cooperation with Sun & Sea Holidays is based on the subscription model you choose.
You can choose from two options:

1. Hassle-Free Advertising

The Hassle-Free Advertising subscription is intended for owners who wish to remain actively involved in the rental process but want to outsource the advertising and reservation management.

What Sun & Sea Holidays does:

• Placing and managing your listing on our website and, where applicable, on connected rental platforms

• Processing and monitoring reservations

• Monitoring payments

• Answering general guest enquiries, such as questions about:

  • reservations

  • payments

  • terms and conditions

  • general check-in information

What you as an owner do:

• Answering detailed guest questions about your accommodation, such as:

  • facilities

  • use of appliances

  • house rules

  • practical on-site matters

• Arranging:

  • cleaning

  • maintenance

  • other local and practical matters

This subscription is suitable for owners who wish to stay actively involved and is available for accommodations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

2. Hassle-Free Renting

In addition to advertising, you may choose the Hassle-Free Renting subscription.
With this option, Sun & Sea Holidays provides additional support by taking care of the coordination of cleaning and linen services.

Availability:
The Hassle-Free Renting subscription is currently available exclusively for accommodations located in the municipality of Noordwijk (South Holland).

What Sun & Sea Holidays does:

• All services included in the Hassle-Free Advertising subscription

• Coordination of cleaning between stays

• Coordination and organisation of linen services

• Liaison with involved parties where necessary

What you as an owner do:

• Making the accommodation available

• Handling tasks that fall outside the agreed services

• Any additional tasks agreed upon in advance

This subscription is suitable for owners who wish to partially outsource the practical rental process while remaining involved with their accommodation.
