How are rental prices determined
As the owner, you determine the rental rates for your accommodation. Sun & Sea Holidays enters the rates you provide. This article explains how pricing works and which options are available.
Which rates can you set?
You may choose the rates you wish to apply, such as:
• Base nightly rate
• Seasonal or variable rates per period
• Weekend, midweek, and weekly rates (if applicable)
• Rates for holiday periods and public holidays
• Any discounts or surcharges
Submitting your rates
You may submit your rates via the designated form or by email. We will ensure that they are entered correctly into the reservation system and on the selected booking channels. Please make sure your pricing information is complete and clear to avoid delays in publication.
Adjusting rates
Would you like to change your prices? You can inform us of any price changes. We will process them as soon as possible and notify you once the update has been completed. Please note that external booking platforms may require processing time before the changes are visible.
