Cancelling your stay
It is possible to cancel your stay. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival
Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge.

Between 30 and 14 days before arrival
In case of cancellation, 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.

Within 14 days before arrival
In case of cancellation, 100% of the total rental amount will be charged.
After receipt and processing of your cancellation, you will receive a written confirmation from us.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to limit any financial risk.
