Payments for your reservation
1. Deposit (50%) – within 24 hours
After making a booking, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total rental amount.
This deposit must be paid within 24 hours.
⚠ Not paid on time?
The reservation will automatically expire and the accommodation will be released for other guests.
Once the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation and your reservation becomes final.
2. Remaining payment (50%) – no later than 30 days before arrival
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
You will automatically receive an invoice for this.
⚠ Not paid on time?
We may cancel the reservation.
The cancellation policy will apply and the accommodation will be made available again.
3. Payment reminders
If the remaining payment is overdue, we send reminders according to legal requirements.
This is separate from the reservation status: a reservation may already be cancelled due to late payment.

All amounts are in euros and include VAT.

Tourist taxes and optional services may be listed separately.

Payments can be made securely via the payment methods in the invoice.
