If you wish to make changes to your accommodation listing, you can update these yourself via the Owner Portal. This is the fastest way to keep your listing up to date. After submitting your update, Sun & Sea Holidays will review the changes before publishing them.
Where can you edit your listing?
The listing description and information can be edited in the Owner Portal under Portals & Tools. Here, you can update the description, amenities, photos and other details.
Submitting changes by email
If you do not wish or are unable to make the update through the Owner Portal, you may also send your request to us by email. Please clearly specify the change you would like to make and attach new photos if relevant.

Review and publication
After we receive your update, we will review it for accuracy and suitability for publication. Once approved, the update will go live. This usually occurs within 7 days. Some booking platforms may review updates before they become visible, which may delay publication.
