When you use our services, commissions are charged for rentals generated through the booking channels you have selected. This article explains which commissions apply and how they are calculated.

When do you pay commission?

You pay commission on confirmed bookings that have been made through Sun & Sea Holidays. The commission is calculated on the rental amount. Additional charges such as cleaning fees or tourist tax are excluded, unless otherwise agreed.

Commission rates

The commission rate depends on the package you have chosen. Upon registration, you will receive an overview of the applicable commission rates per package and per channel. If you change your package, the commission structure may also change.

Commission settlement

The commission is settled on your rental statement as a separate line item. It specifies which booking the commission relates to and the amount that has been deducted.

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled, commission is only charged when you have received income from the cancellation, unless your package contains different terms. The exact conditions can be found in the cancellation policy.
