Proper cleaning is essential for a positive guest experience and the maintenance of your accommodation. Below you will find how cleaning is arranged depending on the subscription type.

Cleaning with Zorgeloos Verhuren

With Zorgeloos Verhuren, Sun & Sea Holidays organises the cleaning of your accommodation. Cleaning is scheduled after each booking and carried out in line with set quality standards.
Sun & Sea Holidays manages communication, coordination and settlement with the cleaning service. Any relevant feedback will be shared with the owner.

Cleaning with Zorgeloos Adverteren

With Zorgeloos Adverteren, the owner arranges the cleaning of the accommodation. The owner schedules the cleaning and works directly with the cleaning service or performs the cleaning themselves.
Sun & Sea Holidays is not involved in planning, execution or inspection of the cleaning.

Final cleaning and fees

The final cleaning fee is charged to the guest as a mandatory cost.
With Zorgeloos Verhuren, the cleaning fee is handled directly between Sun & Sea Holidays and the cleaning service. These costs do not appear on the rental statement.
With Zorgeloos Adverteren, the cleaning fee is charged to the guest by Sun & Sea Holidays and included on the owner’s rental statement. The owner then pays the cleaning service.
