Of course, we hope that everything meets your expectations. If you do not have a complaint but would still like to share something with us, we would be happy to hear from you. Your feedback helps us and the owner to continuously improve the accommodation and our service.

When you can share feedback

For example, if:
• you feel something is missing in the accommodation
• you have a useful tip about the area
• you would like to give a compliment

All feedback – both positive and constructive – is very welcome.

After your stay

After check-out, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to leave a review or complete a feedback form.

Your review will be linked to your reservation and, if applicable, published on our website, helping future guests to read reliable experiences.
