Check-in information

Prior to your arrival, you will receive the check-in instructions. These include, among other things:

  • The address of the accommodation

  • The check-in time

  • Information about key collection

  • Contact details of the owner or property manager

We recommend that you carefully review these instructions before your arrival.

Key collection

Key collection may take place in different ways, for example:

  • Via a key safe

  • Through a personal handover

  • Via digital access

The exact procedure is always explained in your check-in instructions.

Arrival outside check-in hours

If you expect to arrive later than the stated check-in time, please contact the owner or property manager in advance to discuss the available options. Late arrival is not always possible without prior arrangement.

Problems during check-in

If you experience any issues during check-in or have problems accessing the accommodation or collecting the key, please contact the owner or property manager immediately using the contact details provided in the check-in instructions. They will be happy to assist you.
